Hilti ON Track 3.2 release highlights:

Hilti ON Track 3.0 release highlights:

• Transferring Consumables/Commodities: To improve transparency and better usability while confirming delivery on mobile the From location and the quantity are shown.

• Request a Tool Repair: Select your tool from ON!Track and click on the “wrench button” to request a repair via Hilti Online.

• Category & ID Management: Re-design of the Asset Details section for more ease of use and transparency.

• Alerts: We’ve re-worked how the various alerts being generated to improve and fix their reliability.

• Service Templates: Updating service intervals on template level now updates all Assets service intervals which mapped to the service.

Hilti ON!Track 2.9 release highlights:

•Friendly Names: Now you can also give friendly names for your Consumables and Commodities!
•Service History: Edit your tool's service history at any time, so you can keep correct track of it!
•Asset Templates: Add attachments like user manuals or certificates to your Asset templates, so whenever you add a new tool of this kind it will have it as attachment!
•Transfer Cart: See your tool's description when you are transferring it in the transfer cart! (Added Description column to the transfer cart)

Hilti ON!Track 2.8 release highlights:

•View and download asset attachments on the mobile app – always have your user manuals and checklists ready.
•Add attachments to employee certificates: Certificates can be renewed, have attachments and their complete history viewable on the web.
•Employee picture: Option to upload a profile picture of every user on the web.
•Minor improvements and enhancements: Improved services asset upload template, clear return/fleet/rental due alerts, ability to rename asset templates, improved transfer history visibility.

Hilti ON!Track 2.7 release highlights:

•Service Due emails were being sent for no reason – fixed.
•Improved error messages with more information.
•Scan code and Serial Number now show in Service Due emails.
•Error CIR001 when completing a service has been fixed.
•You can now choose service dates in the past.

Hilti ON!Track 2.6 release highlights:

• A complete re-design of the reporting section on the web application to make reporting faster, easier, and more efficient.  
• Grid views can now be saved as favorites to eliminate the re-creation of frequently used views.  
• More service info is shown and it is possible to also close services directly on the mobile app.
• The login details on the mobile app are now remembered so that a login is not required every time the ON!Track app is opened.   
• Many additional enhancements and bug fixes.      
• Five new languages are now supported: Hungarian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Romanian, and Russian

2.5 Web & Mobile app

Hilti ON!Track 2.5 release highlights:

•  Track asset ownership and responsibility securely with the revamped confirm delivery feature (including a signature field on the mobile app).
• View the most recently completed services along with their attachments directly on the mobile app.
•  Additional information on Hilti specific assets and data has been implemented and is viewable in the web app.
• Global searches in the web app has been improved for large customers with over 5,000 assets or locations.
• The resolution of some synchronization inconsistencies and other minor bug fixes were completed. 
• Three new languages are now supported: Czech, Slovakian, and Turkish

With this patch important columns were brought back in the asset and location grid that were removed with the V2.3 release. The list of returned columns are:
• Fleet Cost Center, Cost Code, Extended Warranty, Fleet Organization Reference Number, Location Cost Center, Purchase Order Number, Rental Start Date, Rental Tool Claim, Template Name, Vendor

Hilti ON!Track version 2.3 release highlights:
• Upcoming maintenance is now announced directly within the ON!Track software so that all users are able to plan better around the availability of the system. 
• New grid functionality has been implemented to improve performance on the speed of the data loading.
• Improvements and optimizations have been made in terms of performance and search capabilities.
• The latest release documentation can be reached with a link from the ON!Track “support & info” page in the software.
• When adding an asset on the mobile it is now possible to also add asset notes, a friendly name, and an asset group.
• Restocking consumables has become easier with the ability to select and restock multiple consumable types within one transaction.
• There is a new box to highlight where the barcode scanning should take place to speed up the scanning process.
