The recent advisory on Lockdown 4.0, starting from 18 May, is a big leap to open the economy, wherein States and Union Territories (UTs) have been given powers to delineate the Red, Green and Orange zones as per their Covid-19 situation. Based on this most of the states have now opened up the markets, offices, industries and business along with plying of various forms of public and private transport in all zones, barring containment zones.

With this, since you are back in action, we remain operational to support you, adapting to change along with you as a New Normal. We are ready to operate while taking “proactive measures” in strict adherence at our facilities and at individual level. It includes temperature checking at all the entry points, increased cleaning and sensitizing at all facilities i.e. Warehouse, Distribution Centers, Hilti Stores, Hilti Tool Service Centers and maintaining social distancing as per the rule of 33% occupancy, wherever applicable to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers.

Q: I am in Red Zone/Containment Area? Will you be able to deliver?

A: If your job site is open, we shall be able the deliver.

Q: How will I get to know which Hilti Store is operational?

A: We will keep you posted from time to time through our customer care, account managers, website, etc. You may also contact our Customer Care at 1800-102-6400 or connect with your respective account manager to address you queries.

Q: What are you doing to ensure our safety?

A: We are taking all the preventive measures in strict adherence at our facilities and at individual level. It includes increased cleaning and sensitizing at all facilities i.e. Warehouse, Distribution Centers, Hilti Stores, Hilti Tool Service Centers and maintaining social distancing as per the rule of 33% occupancy, wherever applicable to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers.

Also, our delivery partners, Warehouse Service Providers and Transport Partners are taking all the necessary safety measures for a safe delivery as guided.

Q: Do you offer Contactless Delivery?

A: We would suggest you avoid Cash on Delivery option for contactless delivery, so that our transport partners just need to deliver the material and maintain social distancing.
