    • Enjoy complete peace of mind! We’ll repair your tool free of charge for up to 2 years from the date of purchase — covering even normal wear and tear. That means no cost for parts, labour, pick-up, or deliver

    • Accessories (including those that come in the box or as part of a kit), detachable power cords, chucks, and vacuum filters are not covered under the no-cost warranty.

    1 month repair warranty

    If your tool breaks down within 1 month of a paid repair, we repair free of charge. This also covers wear and tear, free pick-up and delivery.

    3 days turnaround time

    We promise to deliver your repaired tool within 3 days* for selected locations, otherwise it’s free.

    To ensure the best repair experience, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue. For example: “After 20 minutes of use, the tool makes a grinding noise and becomes noticeably hot near the motor housing.”

    Before shipping your equipment, please make sure to:

    • Verify that your shipping address and contact information are correct.

    • Do not include batteries, chargers, or consumables.

    • Remove the waste container from vacuums.

    • Completely empty the fuel tank for gas-powered saws.

    Following these steps will help us process your repair quickly and safely.

    Requesting a tool repair online is simple, fast, and convenient – allowing you to track the status of your repair along the way.

    1. Log in to your Hilti account

    2. Click on your name at the top of the browser window

    3. Select "Repair tools" under Tool management

    4. Check the box(es) to select tool(s) you want and click the 'Repair' button

    5. Fill out the request form, delivery options, purchase order number, and click 'Submit Order.' Shipping label(s) will be emailed to you - print, attach to box, and ship

    With Tool Fleet Management, you can request a loaner or backup tool during the repair process to help reduce downtime and delay. With these tools, you don't need to have back up tools on stock.*

    To request a loaner tool for a fleet tool repair, simply mention "Request loaner or backup tool" during Step 1 of the repair process on Hilti Online in the "Remarks" field.

    *Some exclusions apply.

    Repair Cost Limit ensures your repair costs remain predictable by capping the maximum amount you'll pay for an eligible repair. Typically, this limit is set at 20% of the current price of a tool.

    For example, if the repair estimate exceeds the applicable Repair Cost Limit of INR 2,000, your repair charge will be capped at INR 2,000, and Hilti will cover the remaining repair cost.
