What is the maximum angle of inclination of chemical anchor bolt, under which standards was it mentioned

As per AC308:2008, the post installed chemical anchor shall be installed perpendicular (with allowable deviation upto 6 degrees) to the surface of concrete member. (attaching screenshot for reference)
