Hi, Regarding to steel pipe supports, Since the available base plate hole dia is lesser than the sleeve dia of HSL-4 type bolts, we need to trim the length of HSL sleeve to accommodate the bolt within the available bolt hole in base plate, such that only the actual bolt will be present within the base plate hole. Refer the File attached. Please confirm whether we can proceed so and also we need to know what are all the design impact & installation impact in trimming the sleeve

It is not advised to cut the anchor sleeve as it will not only reduce the steel strength of the anchor but also, the overall load resistance capacity may get reduced. Infact, this holds true for any headed fastener.
Under this situation, we recommend you to increase the baseplate hole diameter and install anchor as per Instructions For Use document (mentioned in product ETA document and also comes inside the anchor box). Hope this solves your query.
