Hi Surendra,
Yes, the HOSE STREAM for Penetration Firestops is a must per Indian Standard 12458 (IS 12458 – 2019)
Clause No. 7.3.2 (refer attached image) provides the table for Hose Stream Test – which is needed in India – and is same as in ASTM E 814 / UL 1479
