Is there any software developed for cashflow analysis for Civil budgeting work ?

You can take up with MS Project, Where if you assign Budget to the activities and run with Critical activities; You can get Planned Budget of project. And when you run it as per project during execution, you can get Actual Budget consumed as per project status. Or we can use Primavera.
