. "If there is zero spandrel i.e no GI backpan and insulation only DGU is available and transom is approx. 650 mm above FFL. How hilti smoke seal will be applied.?

Even with a DGU and Zero Spandrel we need minimum 6” Steel Box with 128 kg/m3. Zero Spandrel doesn’t mean no spandrel at all. It means a backpan which is of same thickness as slab – 6” and thus providing Architectural viability of not having a long spandrel. We have to refer Intertek HI – BPF – 120 – 11.
