What is the behavior of Aluminum Backpan in Curtain wall facade firestop in a fire scenario?

Aluminum has a melting temperature of 660 deg C which melts within 6-9 mins of fire breakout and considered as the most fragile material because of its melting temp and that’s why we don’t recommend to use aluminum in the back pan which may become a weak point during real fire case scenario.
