What AC Standard can we review for pull out testing of Cast In Channels?

ASTM E3121M-17 mentions the scope of testing anchors (Post installed/ Cast-In channels) in concrete. Tests shall only be done to determine the ultimate load or to apply a proof load to verify proper installation. Proof load tests performed in the confined condition to verify proper installation shall not be used to develop design values. Seismic, fatigue, shock, combined tension, and shear and torsion testing are not covered in the methods described herein. The proper connection design by competent authorities/ Engineer can ensure the safety and longevity of connections.
