TOP/BUTTOM ANCHORING
Can we design a combination of face and top/bottom anchoring?
I am wondering if we can design a combination of face and bottom anchoring resting on a L-shaped bracket?

No, design for a combination of face and top/bottom anchors is not possible using PROFIS Anchor. The design in such cases needs to be done manually.
