What is the cushion (factor of safety) given for workmanship?
Factor of safety considered for workmanship related issues. how to enhance; like training etc.

Hi Rajendiran,
Installation factor depends on type of anchor, rod, installation conditions. Usually, it varies between 1 to 1.5. Installation factors can be viewed from ETA of the product.
Attached snip shows the installation factors for RE-500 threaded rod under tension.
