Create or manage your Hilti Online account

Tool Fleet Management is easier with a Hilti Online account. Gain access to view your current tools online, submit and track repairs – all with a few easy steps. 

To get started, register or log in to your account to view your documents, manage your tools and so much more.

View your Fleet tools online

  1. Log in to your Hilti account
  2. Click on "Manage My Tools" at the top of the browser window
  3. Select 'My tools' under Tool management

 

Repair, Loan Tool

Book a Fleet tool repair

Requesting a tool repair online is simple, fast and convenient - allowing you to track the status of your repair along the way.

  1. Log in to your Hilti account
  2. Click on "Manage My Tools" at the top of the browser window
  3. Click on "My Repairs"
  4. Check the box(es) to select tool(s) you want and click the 'Repair' button
  5. Fill out the request form, delivery options, purchase order number and click 'Submit Order'.

Track your Fleet tool repair

Request for a loan tool

With Tool Fleet Management, you can request a loaner tool during the repair process to help reduce downtime and delay. With loaner tools, you don't need to have back up tools on hand.*

To request a loaner tool for a Fleet tool repair, simply mention “Need Loaner tool” in the description field during Step 1 of the repair process on Hilti Online.

Return your loaner tool

Our transporter will call you for the same once your fleet tool is delivered. Please return the loaner tool back to the transporter.

Lost or stolen Fleet tools

Report tool theft or loss

 

  1. Please send a mail to “customercare@hilti.com” mentioning the tool serial number and tool type
  2. In case, tool is stolen please send a copy of the FIR in the above mail
